We focus on our work and social commitments, family responsibilities, social media activities, etc. while neglecting our physical and spiritual development resulting in stress and anxiety, poor immunity, poor sleep, fatigue, low libido and several physical ailments.

Atmamarg refers to the journey all our souls embark upon in their quest for self-realization. However, in today's world, it is easy to find ourselves drowned in a deluge of distractions.

What is the point of  Mystical Yoga?

Yoga is currently thought of as a completely physical endeavor, but more than that it hugely strengthens one's mental and spiritual awareness. In reality, mystical yoga is a method - one of many - by which an individual may become united with the supreme soul, the Reality which underlies this apparent, ephemeral universe. To achieve such union is to reach the state of perfect yoga.

One of the several disciplines of yoga is shat-chakra which involves unlocking the potential of all the 6 chakras within the body through various breathing techniques, meditations, mudras, etc.

Chakras

Chakras are PSYCHIC CENTERS in the body that are active at all times. They are centers of activity of subtle, vital force termed sukshma prana (subtle life force) and interrelated with the parasympathetic, sympathetic, and autonomous nervous systems, having a direct impact on the rest of the gross body.
